To better serve our clients and to optimize our availability, our policies have been updated and will be in affect as of June 23, 2020. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to service as many clients per day as we normally had. Therefor the time reserved for each appointment is both valuable and necessary to abide by the strict rules social distancing requires. We hope that establishing the following guidelines will allow us to optimize our availability and give us an opportunity to service another client in place of any client needing to cancel their appointment.
All Color, Corrective, Creative & Chemical Services requiring 2 hours or more require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. On the day of your appointment, if you wish to change the service or add on additional services to what you have previously requested, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Please understand if the additional services requested exceeds the time allotted for the original service it can run into the next clients appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
We firmly believe in the value of your time and try to make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored only at our salon's discretion and may need to be rescheduled.
Please understand when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As such, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Abrupt cancellations will be subject to a fee of 25% of your scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hrs will be subject to 50% of your total scheduled service. Please note these charges are non transferable when rescheduling said appointment. It is used to cover the stylists time when our stylists are left with an unfillable slot in their schedule. We completely understand emergencies do happen and will take those into consideration, however our stylists work by comission, therefore we do ask for your consideration and understanding that when an appointment is lost abruptly the stylist may not have the opportunity to fill in that appointment.
**NOTE: Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail**
Any appointment that a client fails to adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.” .
“No-shows,” or “no-calls,” will be subject to a nonrefundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If the client chooses to rebook the appointment they may be required to leave a deposit in order to reserve future appointments. We understand time is valuable, therefore your appointment is guaranteed to you and hours of schedule are blocked and reserved to create your desired look. We ask that you please be conscious when no showing the effect it has on our day and the impact it has to our stylists when trying to serve other clients.
