Vida's Policy


To better serve our clients and to optimize our availability these policies will be in affect as of May 18 th, 2017.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Services requiring 2 ½ hours or more, (ie; balayage, full head of highlights, creatives, and keratin treatments, etc.), may require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. On the day of your appointment, if you wish to change the service or add on additional services to what you have previously requested, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Please understand if the additional services requested exceeds the time allotted for the original service it can run into someone else's appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS POLICY

We firmly believe in the value of your time and try to make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be honored only at our salon's discretion and may need to be rescheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As such, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Abrupt cancellations may be subject to a fee of 25% of your scheduled service.

NO-SHOW/NO-CALL POLICY

Any appointment that a client fails to adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.” Any appointment that is not canceled with the requested 24 hours notice is subject to be charged a nonrefundable fee of 25% of the desired service. “No-shows,” or “no-calls,” may be subject to a nonrefundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
